Statistics for cognitive science

Yihan Bao is interested in statistics for cognitive science. At the Cognitive and Neural Computation Lab, the group studied the scene perception problem and developed a framework to understand the computational architecture of selective processing. This framework enables them to capture two aspects of scene perception: the automaticity of processing navigational affordances and flexible multi-granular geometry representations.
